Urgent service needs can often be accommodated in 30 days with prior approval.

We start with our acclaimed, exclusive, & comprehensive Tech Inspection when your rifle arrives- where we completely disassemble, inspect, and gauge each component, consult with you on any work to be done, then clean, assemble, lubricate and test fire your rifle. The TI is the foundation for all the work we’ll do on your rifle. The TI ensures the function and safety of your rifle upon its return to you. Important Shipping Info

Please include your ENTIRE RIFLE along with a sample of your commonly used magazines

DO NOT SHIP YOUR RIFLE IN A RIFLE CASE, it is neither discreet nor secure, ship your rifle in a properly packed cardboard shipping box. We offer our own rifle boxes for sale in the "Accessories" section but they are not required. Any rifle case we receive will be returned to you at your expense.

It is illegal to ship ammunition and firearm in the same container. Please make sure the firearm is NOT loaded prior to shipping.

We cannot accept a firearm sent in for service without a serial number & manufacturer or with a non-legible serial number or manufacturer. It will be returned to you without service at your expense.
