Fulton Armory Policy:
We do not ship any AR-15 Type receivers, lower assemblies, or complete rifles (i.e., AR-15 and Titan) to California unless the FFL Dealer has a “Permit for the Sale of Assault Weapons” (which we will need a copy along with their FFL and CFLC ID #), even though Fulton Armory is not on the California ban-list. This is Fulton Armory’s policy.
