Don’t settle for a “one size fits nothing”; the Fulton Armory Universal Precision Rifle (UPC) is a dedicated precision rifle carefully configured to satisfy the most demanding precision shooter. The UPC is filled with Fulton Armory’s thoughtful custom touches. The UPC’s Slick Side Upper Receiver is reinforced to give the barrel a solid foundation with a clean, no-snag design. Our barrels are Criterion by Krieger, the finest production barrel available. The Side Cocking Option allows bolt cycling without breaking position and makes bolt charging effortless even with optics. The UPC’s standard military trigger is hand-polished and tuned, not just “dropped in on a wing and a prayer.” Every Fulton Armory trigger installation is carefully performed by a skilled armorer to give you a crisp, light trigger pull. The UPC is designed to meet the needs of the Precision Shooter; rather than a collection of “tactical leftovers.” The UPC is built by craftsmen who know what the Precision rifleman/rifewoman needs, and delivers the quality and performance you expect from Fulton Armory.
