Developed in the late 1970's through the USMC's
Product Improvement Program, and adopted in 1983, the M16A2 is the most well-known
& versatile US martial arm ever adopted, and is still standard issue to
most US armed forces. The FAR-15 Classic A2 Rifle is our version of this iconic
US Military Rifle, with several important differences: Semi-automatic
only, vastly more accurate, individually handcrafted on a bench, tighter
tolerances, extraordinary beauty, and, at a fraction of the price of an original.
It features our high quality, forged, Fulton Armory A2 Upper Receiver, Fulton
Armory 20" barrel, 12" A2 Handguard, & fixed A2 Butt Stock.
However, an A4 Flat Top Upper Receiver maybe be substituted at no additional
cost, and many other options are available for the barrel, butt stock,
handguard, & other components.
