No FFL is needed to send your rifle to Fulton Armory for upgrading, custom work, inspection, or repair. A firearm owner may send his firearm directly to an FFL holder. It may then be returned directly to him or her. In neither case does an FFL dealer have to be involved.
We recommend UPS for shipping; be certain to insure your rifle for at least its replacement value. Address the package to
Fulton, Inc. 8725 Bollman Place #1 Savage, Maryland 20763Federal law prohibits any indication on the package that a firearm is inside. However, you should declare the model and serial number on the bill of lading. You can use the UPS web site

to track the progress of your package via its tracking number.
