IMPORTANT!! SHIPPING POLICY CHANGES IN EFFECT FOR FIREARMS
Effective immediately, all privately owned (non-FFL) rifles shipped to Fulton Armory MUST ship via USPS Priority Mail. UPS and FedEx have new policies that do not allow firearms to be shipped by individuals without an FFL. All firearms must be shipped; either by a licensed FFL of your choosing or through the USPS, even for repairs and warranty services under these new firearms policies. Additional information and instructions can be found here: Service Request Form and Instructions.
We are diligently working with our local postmaster and have confirmed we can still receive and return long guns via registered Priority Mail service, click here for more information. As of now, they have not chosen to implement any further restrictions. Our shipping containers include a copy of our FFL for you to declare the firearm is shipping to a licensed FFL for repair/service. We will also provide full instructions on the process to make it as streamlined as possible. In short, many already use this service, and nothing has changed. We will be sharing updates very soon.
You can also choose to use a participating FFL dealer for shipping services. We are working on updating our FFL directory to be able to assist. Online tools are also available. Yes, there are going to be additional fees involving this choice. We will be implementing a Fulton Armory Shipping Partner Program that will make the process simple, expedient, and cost effective as possible. More details to follow.
NOTE: In the event that your shipping request is denied by USPS, kindly refer the USPS personnel to the “USPS Publication 52, 432 Mailability, section 432.3 which explains mailability of rifles”“USPS Publication 52, 432 Mailability, section 432.3 which explains mailability of rifles”. Click here for full USPS 432 Mailability Info.
We ask everyone who supports us and the many others in our industry, please be patient as we implement these changes. We will be sharing more updates and information soon.
